Please review our policies prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our artists and other guests’ time, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the price of your scheduled appointment(s).

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by clicking the link in your confirmation text or email through Vagaro, or by texting (404) 955-7203. Please note that we may not be able to answer a phone call during business hours as we are with other guests, and leave a message or send us a text message.

No-Show Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment with no contact, or cancels after the service start time will be considered a no show and will be charged a fee equal to 50 percent of the total service(s) scheduled. Appointments are considered a no show at 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time with no contact.

Clients who have no-showed or canceled multiple appointments may be prohibited from scheduling any further appointments, may be prevented from booking appointments in advance without pre-paying, or maybe put on a same-day schedule or waitlist status, all at salon management's discretion

Late Policy

Please be aware if you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the reserved service(s). If possible, we will do our best to offer modifications to your scheduled services or service provider to allow you to receive services, but rescheduling may be necessary. In the event that your service provider is not able to perform the scheduled service(s) or you do not wish to proceed with the alternatives offered, a cancellation fee will be applied.

Parking

We are Located on the bottom floor of the Cortland Decatur East appartments facing East College Avenue. There is free parking for all guests in the Marta station deck.

Booking Guidelines

All services are booked by appointment only.

All first time appointments must be scheduled through our booking website. It is required to place a credit card on file, read and sign our policy agreement form at the time of booking. Your card on file will not be charged unless in the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show.

We love your children, so we want them to be as safe as possible! No children under the age of 13 are permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult.

Refunds + Exchanges

All services are non-refundable.

If you have any questions or concerns about your service(s), we are happy to offer a complimentary consultation and adjustment if needed within the first 10 days, so please don't hesitate to reach out if anything comes up!

If you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase, please reach out within 14 days to be eligible for a full refund or within 60 days to exchange for another product. 

All Gift Card and Package purchases are non-refundable and expire 18 months from the time of purchase.
